Glow & Spin

Glow and Spin is an indoor cycling class that takes place in a dark room with black lights and other special effects. Come ride to the beat of the music while getting a great cardio workout in! Our instructors will guide you through class with a lit playlist and intention to sweat. Stay motivated under the black lights! Ignite will provide the musical beats, glow sticks, and neon body paint! You provide the fun neon clothing!
