Ignite Fitness has a twelve-hour window class cancellation policy. You have up to 12 hours before class starts to remove your name from the class list and get that class credit back on your account. If you remove your name after this period, you will be charged for the class.
If you are on our Unlimited Monthly Pass you will receive and allowance of three late cancels per month. Cancellations beyond the three allotted per month will incur a $10 late cancel charge for each late cancel instance for the duration of the month.
