The HIIT class is a 30 minute workout session packed with maximum interval training, in which a continuous cycle of 3-4 minutes of strenuous activity is followed by 30 seconds of rest. Classes will frequently follow the Insanity class structure.  This class will have modifications and is appropriate for those seeking a short cardiovascular workout or looking to improve stamina.
